Olivia Johnson

Olivia is in her first year of a Master’s of Science degree in Environmental Management at the University of San Francisco. As a graduate research assistant, she conducted field work in August and September 2018 for Professor Gretchen Coffman’s riparian restoration project with the National Park Service at the Redwood Creek at Muir Beach Restoration project. In 2019, she will assist on a new project in the TRRE lab, Willows and Warblers, analyzing the recovery and change in bird community along Redwood Creek before and after riparian restoration. She received her Bachelor of Science in Aquatic Biology from the University of California Santa Barbara and also participates in volunteer citizen science for Shark Stewards, a local non-profit organization devoted to marine policy and conservation.
